Saturday 28th September:

9:30 am: Welcome & Registration

10:00 – 10:30 am: Energising Dance Class with Fiona

  • Feel the rhythm and let loose in an uplifting dance session with Fiona. This energetic start will set the perfect tone for your day of wellness.

10:30 – 11:30 am: Creative Art Session with Louisa – Ink Foliage Prints

  • Unleash your creativity in this hands-on art workshop. Craft beautiful ink foliage prints inspired by nature’s beauty, perfect for relaxation and self-expression.

11:30 – 11:45 am: Seasonal Fresh Juices & Energy Balls

  • Refuel with a refreshing selection of seasonal cold-pressed juices and delicious energy balls, specially prepared to keep you energised throughout the day.

11:45 am – 12:45 pm: Insightful Nutrition Talk with Mary

  • Discover the secrets to optimising your brain health, focus, sleep, and immunity and more in this enlightening session. Mary will guide you through practical tips to enhance your well-being.

12:45 pm: Clubhouse Lunch & Relaxation Time

Savour a delicious lunch before enjoying a blissful afternoon at your own pace…

Your choice of afternoon relaxation:

– Unwind in Style: Sauna, Swimming Pool, or Paddleboarding***.

– Nature’s Embrace: Wild lake swim, rowing, or sunbathing by the lake.

2:45 – 3:30 pm: Toning & Rejuvenating Pilates with Fiona

  • Strengthen and tone your body with Fiona’s invigorating Pilates session, designed to leave you feeling revitalised and balanced.

3:30 – 3:45 pm: Afternoon Refreshment Break

3:45 – 4:15 pm: Uplifting Group Singing Session with Mary

  • Lift your spirits in this joyful singing session. Experience the collective power of group harmony.
  • 4:15 – 5:15 pm: Slow Flow Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Bath with Bee and Mary
  • Wind down with a calming yoga flow, followed by gentle breathwork and a soothing sound bath. This peaceful practice will help you find inner balance and tranquillity.


Sunday 29th September:

9:30 am: Welcome & Registration

10:00 – 11:00 am: Creative Art Session with Louisa – Nature-Themed Collages & Painting

  • Explore your artistic side with nature-inspired collages and painting. Louisa will guide you in creating your own masterpiece, a perfect keepsake from your retreat experience.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Embodied Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Bee

  • Flow gracefully through this rejuvenating Vinyasa yoga session, designed to energise your body and calm your mind.

12:00 – 12:15 pm: Seasonal Fresh Cold Pressed Juices & Energy Balls

  • Enjoy a refreshing pick-me-up with seasonal juices and energy balls.

12:15 – 1:15 pm: Nutrition Talk with Mary – Supporting Bone Health, Anti-Aging, and Hormones

  • Dive deep into the essentials of bone health, anti-aging, and hormonal balance and more. Mary’s insights will empower you to make lasting, healthy changes.

1:15 pm: Clubhouse Lunch & Relaxation Time

3:15 – 4:15 pm: Myofascial Release with Fiona

  • Experience deep relaxation and release tension in this therapeutic session. Fiona will guide you through techniques to relieve tightness and enhance flexibility.

4:15 – 4:30 pm: Afternoon Refreshment Break

4:30 – 5:00 pm: Uplifting Group Singing Session with Mary

  • End your weekend on a high note with another joyous singing session, leaving you feeling inspired and energised.

5:00 – 5:30 pm: Embodiment Practices, Gentle Stretching & Sound Bath with Bee and Mary

  • Conclude your retreat with gentle stretches and a calming sound bath, bringing your body and mind into perfect harmony.

5:30 pm onwards: Fireside Reflection & Marshmallows (Optional Addition)

  • Gather around the fire for a cosy evening of reflection, chatting, and marshmallow toasting. Share your retreat experiences and bask in the glow of a weekend well spent.

Important things to note:

  • Lunch is not included as part of the retreat ticket.
  • Option to pre-order Exclusive Healthy Retreat Menu @ £20pp each day will be given in the checkout section when you purchase your ticket.
  • Alternatively, you can order something from the classic Fritton menu during registration time on morning of the retreat.
  • ***Non-Members who would like to swim in the lake must do proficiency test – Takes 15min and £12pp
  • ****To book in advance at additional cost through Fritton.

Fritton Lake Activities Booking Policy

  • All activities are to be booked 48-hours in advance.
  • Where minimum numbers are not met on studio classes, these classes will be cancelled, and a transfer of date or refund will be provided.
  • Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to have use on the lake.
  • A lake swimming proficiency test must be booked to swim outside of our group sessions.
  • A paddle board lesson is required for anyone 13+ with no experience, this also includes a lake proficiency test.
  • A paddle board proficiency test must be booked for intermediate and advance users for prior use of our equipment.
  • You are not permitted to use your own equipment on the lake.
  • If any activity has been booked and not attended three times, there will be a temporary restriction on your account for 30 days.
  • Please bring your QR code with you to check-in.

Fritton Lake Cancellation Policy

  • 0-48 Hours | Full loss of total activity cost.
  • 48+ Hours | Transfer of date may be available, or refund with a 10% cancellation fee.

In unforeseen circumstances where medical or relevant evidence is provided (including covid related cancellations) we may be able to offer a transfer of activity date. Must be booked and taken in the following 4 weeks. Evidence deemed acceptable upon discretion of circumstance.
