11:30 – 11:45 am: Seasonal Fresh Juices & Energy Balls
- Refuel with a refreshing selection of seasonal cold-pressed juices and delicious energy balls, specially prepared to keep you energised throughout the day.
11:45 am – 12:45 pm: Insightful Nutrition Talk with Mary

- 4:15 – 5:15 pm: Slow Flow Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Bath with Bee and Mary
- Wind down with a calming yoga flow, followed by gentle breathwork and a soothing sound bath. This peaceful practice will help you find inner balance and tranquillity.

- End your weekend on a high note with another joyous singing session, leaving you feeling inspired and energised.
5:00 – 5:30 pm: Embodiment Practices, Gentle Stretching & Sound Bath with Bee and Mary
- Conclude your retreat with gentle stretches and a calming sound bath, bringing your body and mind into perfect harmony.
5:30 pm onwards: Fireside Reflection & Marshmallows (Optional Addition)
- Gather around the fire for a cosy evening of reflection, chatting, and marshmallow toasting. Share your retreat experiences and bask in the glow of a weekend well spent.

- Lunch is not included as part of the retreat ticket.
- Option to pre-order Exclusive Healthy Retreat Menu @ £20pp each day will be given in the checkout section when you purchase your ticket.
- Alternatively, you can order something from the classic Fritton menu during registration time on morning of the retreat.
